Marketing Manager

The Marketing Services Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Senior and Associate CMLR Consultants who support company’s advertising and promotional material review process (CMLR), ensuring operational quality of the CMLR process across teams, driving CMLR alignment with commercial strategies and priorities, and leading strategic projects within Marketing Services.

Key responsibilities include:

Work with franchise brand teams to understand commercial strategies and ensure business needs are met for advertising and promotional material development, review and approval.
Consolidate CMLR demand forecasting across franchises and adjust staffing and alignment of CMLR resources based on anticipated demand.
Manage the team of Senior and Associate CMLR Consultants, providing leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and solutions are established to meet compliance guidelines and policies.
Support career development of CMLR team, identifying and delivering on opportunities to build out team capabilities.
Create an environment of a high performing team and drive team alignment through effective communications.
Lead and manage strategic projects within Marketing Services.
Work closely with other Marketing Services and Marketing Operations leaders to ensure alignment and coordination across the end-to-end promotional material management (review, lifecycle management, etc.)
Proactively plan for emerging trends and compliance guidelines, anticipate the impact on CMLR processes, and determine how to address them.
Establish and maintain strategic trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, guiding and influencing collaborative activities and mutual decision-making.
Education and Experience

Bachelor Degree, MS, MBA preferred
5-7 years of related experience in Healthcare commercial operations role
3-5 years of experience and success managing teams
Experience working with advertising and promotional process required
Experience working in regulated operations environment required
Project management experience required
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals required
Marketing experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Up to 10% of travel required
Demonstrates critical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate potential conflicts to leadership.
Demonstrates understanding and experience with executing standardized solutions for ensuring compliance to procedural requirements for government reporting such as Sunshine Act for Healthcare Professionals.
Demonstrates a high degree of customer service, collaborative working style and relationship building abilities.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
Proven success in managing a team and inspiring success in others.
Highly results-oriented with focus on creating measurable value for brand teams and the patients they support.
Make complex decisions involving multiple constituencies using fact-based analysis.
Prioritize based on agreed business needs and related budgets.
Quickly assess critical situations and identify issue resolution.
Define processes and guidelines that can be applied across all franchise teams
