If you have been working for a company for less than a year and do not think you can stand it another minute, think twice before you leave. It may be best for your career advancement to stick it out for at least one year, but aim for 3-5 years. One of the most common reason people do not get interviewed, is they are considered job hoppers. No company wants to invest in training an employee to have them quit in a few months. A big red flag hiring managers look for is length of stay at previous positions. Do your best to stick it out, you will be happy in the long run.
